OPERATION

The TENS system consists of a generator of low voltage electric waves and low intensity, which is applied to the painful area via conductive rubber electrodes. Electrical impulses penetrate through the skin acting on the nervous system by amending the threshold and thus achieving the reduction or elimination of pain perceived.

The pulses generated are two-phase and galvanic effect type, allowing its use during long sessions and repeated if necessary in everyday applications. The sensation perceived by the patient does not exceed a slight tingling or numbness, indicating the activity.

APPLICATIONS
This effective unit has 2 output channels with fully independent intensities and a dual-purpose central control to select the optimum frequency for each specific case, both analgesia and electrostimulation. When the device works in analgesia (green scale), you can choose from 25 to 300 Hertz (waves per second). In case you want to apply muscle stimulation (blue scale), the options range from 40 to 200 PPM (pulses per minute).
