The SONOTHERP 990 allows to choose some of their preset programs, or design your own program. You can select the parameters in continuous mode or pulsed emission, session time, and power regulation from 0.5 to 3.5 Watt / cm2. His head, besides being ergonomic and light weight is waterproof for underwater applications. The development of the session can be monitored from the LCD display.

Ultrasound waves penetrate to a depth which is determined by the oscillatory frequency of the equipment. The 3 Megahertz version has a therapeutic range that reaches up to 2 cms. deep, so it is suitable for joints, muscles and other body segments that are in depth.

OPERATION

The effects produced by the ultrasonic waves in the tissues are mechanical and thermal origin.
